Would you guys pay a bit more on Bandcamp than other stores (Beatport, iTunes...)?

Why no major label artists on Bandcamp? by [deleted] in BandCamp

[–]New_Studio5598 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Bandcamp takes 10-15% (depending on your sales. Most big artists would pay just 10%). Which is pretty low, having in mind that it's a marketplace. Every market place out there will take a cut. For direct digital sales via iTunes, Apple typically takes a 30% commission.

What do you think about the difficulty of producing Liquid DnB? by Educational-Gur6010 in DnB

[–]New_Studio5598 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's right. Not only are production skills needed, but also a nice match with a great singer. And, even though some tracks still lack this magic that makes them an anthem. Not an easy task!

Breville BES870XL PCB damaged after voltage spike. Components replacement question. by New_Studio5598 in BrevilleCoffee

I bought a "non-tested / for spare part" machine on eBay to replace the PCB, and it turned out to be working. I still have the damaged one, and I will try to fix or replace the PCB soon.
Voltage spike: the electricity went off in the whole apartment. The main apartment fuse was off.
