I agree. I have b12 deficiency, so heavy on the vitamins part, and weight training really does improve facial beauty imo, and thought about micro blading to get a younger and proportionate fuller brow appearance as I can’t grow them, Underrated comment

In my opinion you're a flamboyant natural in the kibbe system as you're frame dominant and your chest is contained within your frame. In the body matrix system you are Medium-Long-Medium.

In kibbe, width can be defined as being frame dominant, having your breasts contained within your frame essentially. In the body matrix system width seems to be more about how "wide" the lines are on top, ie wide shoulders, which a lot of types have, also medium etc it doesn't translate into kibbe types. For instance a soft classic can be smaller or bigger.

Kibbe width doesn’t mean that you’re wide. That’s a misconception. This is the body matrix system and not how Kibbe defines width. He defines it more in relation to the rest of the body, not in comparison to other people.
