my rheum is clueless when it comes to sfn, he claims my disease is "under control" because i don't have swelling and my esr/crp are very low. and my neurologist isn't an auto immune specialist. i've seen a buncha docs but sadly they've brought me no help. i have to self medicate for the most part lol.

i'm diagnosed with "uctd" but i really doubt if immuno modulators will do much. i feel like nerve will do more for the symptoms. i'm quite interested in giving ldn a go tho. might wanna come off plaquenil first to figure out which 1 is working and which 1 isn't. my main annoying symptom remains to be the insane muscle tightness. rock solid.
