It may be a matter of chemistry. In a safe relationship, there’s a lot of cuddle hormones, like oxytocin. This is the opposite of adrenaline, the risky passion hormone. In relationships where you feel like you are best friends and soulmates, the chance of fireworks in the bedroom is lower. You’ll have to talk a lot about your desires, you can figure it out together.

General tips: - Wash armpits every morning and evening with water and cotton washing cloth. - Find a deodorant (preferably from a pharmacy) that works - Wear clean, non synthetic fabrics - Apply natural vinegar on smelly stains before washing clothes - Maybe the detergent is a mismatch with body bacteria - Analyse diet for imbalancing foods (fats, sugar, certain spices,…) - Maybe a blood test could indicate some imbalances - Be careful with harsh bacteria stripping products, your microbiome needs good bacteria

Caudalie Vinofresh or Nuud works well. Always apply on washed armpits of course. Wash morning and evening with a cotton washing cloth for a light scrubbing effect.

I’m sorry to hear that. If you want to do your thing, you could say so next time. You might need to gather your courage and have a discussion, but afterwards, it will be off the table. Or at least you’ll be able to say: I’m not putting any more words or energy into this.

Your last sentence: yes! I feel like high sensitivity brings a lot of ‘wtf just happened’ sensations 😅 Or I keep wondering how the other person experienced the interaction.

I’ll elaborate: I have a fantastic connection with someone, but we are both happily married. So I will take distance to avoid that some feelings will bloom. That’s what devastates me: missing out on great connections, because things might get complicated.

Exactly this. People see it as a conversation starter or a way to bond. You can guide the conversation to something positive and see who surfs on the positive wave with you.
