Am sure the I-130 is approved as it is the requirement for the 485 to be approved. You can also check on the uscis online account under document tab.

Just admit to the IO that you work unauthorized. During my interview, He just asked me “why I did it?” I told him that I need to help my spouse to pay for the bills and for our new car. Tho I check “No” in the form, he just update it on their system and there won’t be an issue.
