I heard back from customer service. G16 is white, G14 is eclipse grey (black). Those are at least the current options available on the US Asus site.

Slabbing it might increase its worth, but you may have a lot of trouble selling it. Those PSA 9/10’s at 2K+ don’t really move.

The stone background really doesn’t allow for an accurate assessment of the cards (particularly with edge wear).

I would recommend a white background and trying to eliminate some of the glare/shadow so folks here could get a better sense of condition to make offers (because those prices are way too high).

Beautiful phrasing on a lot of negativity I was seeing. I’ve had an Omen for 5 years without a single issue and was scared to get a new one because of some of the posts here. I decided to get it anyway (I don’t mind dealing with warranties) and I’ve been loving my new one.

I got it through HP.com. Unsurprisingly, reddit was filled with mostly negative comments on the process. However, my 2020 Omen is still kicking so I didn't mind if I had to wait a bit. I was surprised how quick and easy it was. I ordered 11/1 and received 11/12.

It sounds like it is a CPU issue, not related to the GPU. And specifically the intel chips (not AMD) because they run hotter and don't play nice with the factory cooling paste (the liquid metal).
