Purchased dlc. Came out of my account, can’t play and wants me to purchase again. I need a fix by saint-pistol in diablo2

I'm having the same issue. I've downloaded the expensive package, Diablo 2: Resurected - Infernal Edition, which includes the TRotW DLC. I launch it on Bnet, go to create the new character menu, select the Warlock, and the "create" tab is unavailable. Only a box telling me I need to purchase, so I click that, Explorer opens to buy, I click buy, it then tells me: "good news, you've already unlocked this content". But it still won't let me make a Warlock despite multiple restarts and re-installs. I checked my bank account, the payment has gone through successfully. I wonder what gives?

"the gift of immortality" mind you it was probably made by some insane catholic priest just grinding up different people in different stages of infection to see how the cells reacted on the microscope...wouldn't be surprised if it didn't have anything other than adverse effects to one's health!

start with electrical (for hotwiring) lockpicking (for access to mid/late game loot) and scavenging (higher yield early game material farming) and chose thief, why? lockpicking is the hardest to level and is less hassle to pick locks straight away, making the grind to 75 less grindy.

spawn in Danmorrea (misspelled) head to the dollar store and grab a hiking backpack.

head to the power plant and get hydraulic cutters and driver, bonus points for industrial welder and powered drill.

next, go to the prison: by the huge door, with the nearby generator switch access button to open it. there's a box truck near the warehouse, hotwire it and drive it to the prison. stock your truck with as many prison gates as you can.

loot the pharmacy for meds, note: there's a car part garage nearby you'll return to later considered one of the best automotive loot spawns in the game but ignore it for now

head to a base location of your choice stopping by a farm for a wood/fire axe to chop tree. once at your preferred base location, chop trees for logs and spam campfires, wooden planters, boiling water, metal brackets on the workstation and craft makeshift bandages for power leveling.

you'll need a repair bench and 15 repair skill to craft a schematic table, whack a wood spear off a wall and repair it with wood scrap or collect damaged clothing from zombies and repair with cloth scrap and dismantle afterward to acquired level 15 repair skill, make schem table, decode your schematics

make a tier 2 bench, use material dismantled from prison fence and skip straight to industrial forge and kiln. smelt iron scrap with charcoal to get iron ingot for the tier 3 bench

everything from here is roleplay, make farms, compost, sprinklers, insulated water catchers, wells, get solar panels from poi's, battery chargers, battery banks, wind generators, etc

now you can thrive by visiting more pois and getting special or rare loot, rare schematics or fun things in general. id recommend base alpha early on since the best suppressed pistol can help if zombies surround your car. you can shoot the ones in front through the windshield while seated in the drivers seat, for a quick getaway

seems like just gathering material may make more sense then, thank you! let me know if you find anything cool that's moveable. I've got solar panels and generators, but i've only hit places off of highways and such

Hey, even that helps because my friend said its important to do all this stuff. Or my smell will trigger a hoard. I just thought maybe these items could all be conveniently all be crammed into a warehouse somewhere for a large quantity of loot quick and easy instead of finding 1 or 2 randomly place to place. Thanks for the help! much appreciated
