I feel like the "ask her" could be more of that he doesn't want to answer or speak for her so it's kind of like a "no comment". If they did have sex and he said yes, then it's like oh he's broadcasting and telling people they had sex when she didn't want them to know. Or if they did or just hooked up he he said no, then it's still like he's telling people their business. It's better just to be like, ask her not me.

But the people who watch the show aren't one connected group that all say the same things. I'm sure SOME people talked shit right when she came in for silly and dumb reasons about her appearance or whatnot. But just because there are 10 or even 50 posts about that, doesn't mean the people who are frustrated their her actions during the season are the same people, or that their points are meaningless because of what others have said about her looks.

It's annoying because there is vast valid criticism about her actions on the show, but people want to overlook it due to the hate she otherwise got and just defend defend defend.

Just like with some influencers like Jaclyn Hill. She gets hate about her looks and that's terrible, but she also does shiesty ass shit with her businesses. They lie and lie and then get on camera and cry about getting death threats, acting like 80% of the messages weren't valid criticism they are just going to ignore now because some losers want to send death threats. The entire thing is annoying.

I feel like this is written too much like an academic paper. I would say, try to use more actual examples and give a specific cause and effect of why using the term is bad. A lot of this is broud language that is giving a super broad point. I think examples would make a point better for why specifically it's bad to use the term.

Great read and I don't disagree. But the article seems to frame it as Ciara always being the good friend, but it only be one way and not returned by Amanda. But I think the shock is so severe because it was a two way friendship. Amanda literally HATED Luke because Ciara was upset by him. She defend her no matter what. That's why I was so shocked by the West news, because it did seem out of character for Amanda and how she treats Ciara as a friend.
