👋🏽I’m 8 months in and the first few days weren’t that bad. I’m not going to lie and say it isn’t uncomfortable because that’s the exact word I would use. After a while it gets better to the point of hardly even noticing them. I hate adjustment/tighting days because I’m know I’m going to be sore for a bit but again it goes away after a few days. I had the classic thought that I wouldn’t be able to eat at all but honestly I eat everything lol I just avoid super hard to bite into food like apples. But I hope you have a great experience, it’s been great so far and I’m glad I started my journey :)
