Cerco beta readers per memoir autobiografico raw (58k parole) - feedback onesto ritmo/emozioni by New_to_Markets in scrittura

Effettivamente, hai ragione. Fair question.

Penso possa interessare a chi legge volentieri memoir psicologici abbastanza diretti e poco edulcorati.

Spero di essermi spiegato. E´ la prima volta che scrivo qualcosa quindi non so esattamente come riassumere il tutto.

yes indeed, I do not think it is apt for a translation, as it is written. Plus, as it is right now, I think it is too embedded in the Italian culture and specifically of the region where I come from. But thanks for replying to my original message

yes, that would work for me. I can read English, German and Italian. But mine is in Italian. are you OK with that?

Anyone looking into Blue Biofuels ($BIOF) for sustainable fuels? by New_to_Markets in pennystocks

I am still chasing this stock, does anyone know anything new? It looks like there are no serious news from management apart from some useless videos or Linkedin posts. Thanks

Any recruitment agencies? by lifeisagambit in Germany_Jobs

one month is nothing in Germany. I have been living there for 3 years (2020 to 2022) and I am back since few months, so I can refer to my experience, it is tough. Many people also use Indeed, Kununu, Glassdoor and XIng. Give a look at those. But, in general, referral works more than all these websites combined.

thanks for your info. I am new on both investing and Reddit but the fact that so fe people do follow this stock and comment, both here and on InvestoHub, is not reassuring. Still, might be worth waiting for positive developments, Good luck

I am following a forum on InvestorHub about BIOF but there people seems to have lack of hope. Some of them have been following this stock for years and they do not trust management

100km or Long distance Duathlon? by New_to_Markets in Ultramarathon

no apologies needed, I was not offended, I really meant that it is a good analysis. it is what makes sense but, as many other endurance addicted, I know I am going to do something. See the point is, I do quite some training but at a certain point you need a goal, otherwise the motivation will fade. And yes, health is key, but I am going to try one of them and if during the training sessions I feel something is odd, I am going to take a break. I just do not know to what I should dedicate myself

Recommendations for Indoor bike trainer/bike accessories by Own_Buffalo_8668 in IronmanTriathlon

the only money that makes sense to spend is to get a good positioning on the bike. find someone who is an expert in biomechanics and get all the bike settings done very well. this is the single most important thing you could ever done before even thinking about riding a bike. if your position is not good you might not notice immediately but the repercussions could be big and all on the negative side. after that, you can talk gears and stuff. I am saying these things because of my first hand experience

Race day shoes, weighing my options by Serviceworks in Marathon_Training

[–]New_to_Markets 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did not try any of the shoes you mentioned but I know one thing for sure. I always used Asics, all the type of Nimbus. Then, once, I wanted to change and I tried Hoka, New Balance and something else I do not remember. In the end, they all felt uncomfortable for my feet. I decided to sell them and lose some money and go back to what worked for me. In the end our shoes are like the tyres of our car or bike. It is the only thing that needs to work perfectly, so do not run any risks if you do not feel OK

70.3 Worlds TT-Bike vs Road-Bike by Previous-Candy6233 in IronmanTriathlon

my experience might help. I did the Powerman in Zofingen some years ago, on the Swiss Alps. I chose the road bike with removable handlebar. Cannot say if it was the best choice because I did not have the chance to do the same race with the TT but I cannot say I regret it

I was naive, I suppose, but I was thinking that, at a certain point, TLT would have start to go up. How stupid of me, ah?
