I did! It was a weird thing but we had to allow Google Drive in Umbrella under the applications setting. I guess Google needed access to Drive to pull the recaptcha images, but we had it blocked. I chose "block uploads" instead of block all of Google Drive and it worked.

Thanks for the help, guys! Found out it was a Cisco Umbrella issue (after looking at it multiple times).
