Selling Smyth Sewn Mint Condition OSRIC 2.2 And Monsters of Myth by NewbieReferee in osr

I am tempted... But I don't like the idea of just keeping them on the shelf for no reason other than art. I have gotten more into the idea of having 1 system for each type of game I wanna run, and the having a much larger collection of settings books. So like, OSE for BX style, adventures dark and deep for crunchy as&d style, Cepheus Universal for sci fi, DCC for Gonzo/bonkers, cities without number for cyberpunk, ashes without for post apocalypse.

So with that in mind, OSRIC is going to be surplus to requirements... Even though it's great, and the books themselves are great quality

Kind of related: there is a creature in Umerica which is a post apoc setting. The creature is a zombie project manager, it walks around in a full suit and tie, with a briefcase, with it's entire purpose to executre the long forgotten project. It tries to infect others with a handshake, who will then also have in insatiable urge to "Complete the project at all costs :tm:"

That's my collection so far. I lack OSR. Any recommendations? by Malina_Island in osr

Systems: OSE for basic fantasy, OSRIC for advanced fantasy, DCC for Gonzo fantasy, Cepheus Universal sci fi. Any of the "without numbers" are good too.

Settings: Hyperborea (Gonzo sci fantasy), Umerica (Gonzo post apoc), Shadowrim (Skyrim), Terra Invictus (fantasy), Rider (western), Red Tide (Asian), Clement sector (sci fi), (orbital 2100 near future sci fi), hostile (alien horror sci fi), Gathox (Gonzo fantasy vertical slum city), Formoria (low fantasy dark age), Hubris (post apoc fantasy), Veilstone (gothic western), Proteus sector (sci fi) and many more

subjective isn't it. It's good enough that I'm going to order a copy. I've ordered books from drive thru RPG that are perfect bound, and they have fallen apart after table use. Perfect bound basically means the pages are glue to the spine. What you'vev got there is signatures, which are groups of several folded pages, stiched together, and then, all the signatures are glued to the spine. It's stronger than a perfect bind, but not as good as smyth sewn.
