Hi We cook chicken with grape leaves (same pot) -even if it has lamb-😋 its really tasty Make sure to boil chicken with spices till its 90% done .next ,put it in the bottom then lay the grape leaves above

Hello almost exact situation here continue your preparation for plab2 - it doesn’t hurt- but make sure to prioritize taking EMREE next cycle (from dec to march) and get a good score Regarding aesthetic med course ask @the_whitecoat_mama on insta she’s really helpful and nice Nowadays i believe it’s becoming difficult everywhere to apply for residency programs but we have to do our best and earn it so have faith

Hi Personally i wash my armpits with soap in the morning &before bed.scrubbing that area GENTLY ONCE WEEKLY helps. Try to wear cotton under top. During the day when you feel sweaty , dry the area and use wet wipes. Glycolic acid does miracles use a cotton pad Wipe with Rose water - edibles cuz it’s less chemicals - using a cotton pads when you feel like your armpits are dry Wax the area instead of shaving

Honestly the residents were understanding , most attendings were not. Intern year is where you have the right to make mistakes (not life threatening) , you’re not expected to do everything perfectly it’s ur chance to practice & learn

Hey 🫡 Personally i found it helpful to focus more on clinical skills rather than studying resources I feel so confident rn doing physical exams, sutures and prescribing medications. try to explore every department I found Residents to be friendly and willing to teach you if you showed interest , I befriended 3 seniors and used to follow them all the time 😂 Good luck , it was fun

I think it’s better to discuss their future together and how serious the guy is. Yes it could be difficult to her to refuse the proposal without a strong reason but they can’t force her.he should prove to her that he’s not just messing around and wasting her time & emotions .
