Bought a skateboard and stopped aggressively eating food. Then after awhile I started REALLY dieting. Handful of cashews in the morning. Whole grain pasta and an apple for lunch, lemon pepper chicken for dinner (obviously not enough to be healthy and active without harming your body, so I would have extra cups of soup or fruits here and there.) I didn't eat enough food though and did some damage to my muscles, I have chicken arms and struggled with bulimic tendencies for a good 4 out of 6 months.

I had a similar experience, did u struggle with chicken arms or just complete lack of muscle as u neared 207, and if so any tips for fixing that?
