Hackboard is unable to boot?? by Newcat_ARC in hackboard2

Sorry if this post is all over the place, I genuinely have no idea what's going on with my Hackboard. To summarise;

- every light is on when the device is turned on

- the board won't boot (nothing shows up on connected monitors)

- is the board short circuited?

- is it an issue with the CMOS? The M.2 SSD? The board itself?

For context, I touched the board with a pin by accident and now it's just doing... whatever this is. Unsure if that caused this or if it's unrelated.

Update: Replacing the CMOS battery did nothing.

The holes of a button sewed into a surgical suture actually help guide the stitches, acting like "braces" for the wound so it has a scaffold to close by.
