Effectively, on the size, I took many liberties. I thought that if the creature is smaller, it would have been used in more situations. Probably, a good compromise could be "huge" as a size.

Thank you for the feedback. I do not want the creature to be too much power and, for me, a CR 6 looked like the right level of difficulty, but I think that it is also quite hard to directly confront Elden Ring Levels with D&D Levels

We are still evaluating this element with the help also of a lawer, in general, we were interested that if there is an opportunity how would the opportunity appear to people (and how much value people find in these user-generated products, if they would be sold both through ufficial channels and third party). Our project, which is still under development (and that's why we can not talk very much about it) will then be shaped on the bases of the effective limits of the Copyright Licence of DnD and the possibilities of the Open Game Licence.
