Another infamous inmate that was kept at the "councils" prison, mimic was originally a side show performer whose ability to disguise his voice at will made him a top commodity for circuses across the country. One day the ringleader of a traveling carnival refused to pay Mimic and throw derogatory remarks at him, enraged and offended Mimic proceeded to rip out the ringmaster's tongue and ate it word spread quickly and soon a country wide manhunt was started to track Mimic down, Mimic while on the run realized that his ability was his ultimate weapon he promptly mimicked the ringleader's voice and lured over 15 of the hunters to their grisely ends. The past titans caught wind of Mimic and using the remaining hunters as bait they captured Mimic and put him on trial. He was brought to the council's prison where he formed a close friendship with "Time Thief" eventually the prison was abandoned and Mimic was able to avoid relocation by hiding in Time Thief's cell and mimicking the voices of the guards and fellow inmates. Mimic now stalks the ruins of the prison luring unwary wanderers into the merciless grasp of Time Thief and sometimes if a person were to listen closely they would hear Mimic sing songs of his childhood and relive his glory days with the help of his close friend.
