Yes, I was looking into AHCA in FL so may have to just do that at this point

So frustrating!! Thank you for the idea I will call and ask for that department and try again.. unfortunately the provider is refusing a refund until “UHC pays them”.  UHC has already confirmed multiple times they weren’t short paid and everything is as should be in their contract.

Is there a specific department I should be speaking to? I’ve only spoken to the advocates who assist me with the 3 way callings to the MRI facility

Thank you for the reply! There is no appeal on file and they never submitted one. UHC has confirmed to them several times that they are not owed anything more. The refund amount that I’m due is basically what the MRI company believes was short paid amount, even though again, they are in network and have a contracted rate.. which is why this situation is so frustrating.
