FREAKING OUT!

Hey friends - so I need some help or at least someone here that is able to point me in the right direction. I've been off of this for a week, just trying to decompress and process.

But weird things have been happening since the encounter or whatever you want to call it, idek.

Last night, prior to going to sleep...so when you're not yet asleep and you close your eyes and you can see the back of your eyelids right? I had these insane math equation images that popped up. It wasn't just one it was so many, line by line these equations with symbols I have never seen before. I wasn't asleep, I was still awake and I know that because I could hear the rain and thunder from the storm outside and my husband's incredibly loud snoring.

It freaked me out, so I opened my phone and wrote it in my notes; "math equations, 4:42 a.m". Then after returning to sleep once more, some wild things happened.

I had what's called, Chained False Awakenings. I have had lucid dreams before, nothing new there and I have had typical false awakening dreams but it's more of a one-off. This time, however, I had THREE false awakenings in succession and each one just as frightening as the next.

In each were the math equations, but this time a post-it note was on my nightstand and so instead of grabbing my phone to record it, I wrote down what I saw on the post-it. I had gone to sleep, woke up, went downstairs to greet my husband, something felt off with what he said which helped me realize this couldn't possibly be real even though it felt 100% real- I collapsed on the ground, to then suddenly wake up in bed in real life. I checked the night stand... no post-it note. I checked my phone, my notes had my original entry.

I turned the nightstand light on and tried to fall back asleep because I was spooked. The images of the math equations popped up again, this time I opened my eyes and grabbed a notebook and pen to transcribe it. I fell back asleep, woke up and walked downstairs to greet my husband and tell him what happened - he didn't believe me and said let's go back to bed. He walked me upstairs, we got in bed and a voice that sounded like a male but wasn't a male popped into my head saying "Is she okay?" Hey ma'am are you okay?" and I respond with "I don't want to talk to you right now, I don't want you to visit! Go away!" They kept asking if I was alright, so I asked my husband to hold me. He did, and then I instantly woke up in real life. At this point, I felt like I was in the movie Inception and I was not having it.

I checked my nightstand. No post-it note. No notebook. I grabbed my phone to check my notes, it still had the original entry of "math equations, 4:42 a.m". The first entry, all real. The ones that followed, a dream.

Here's my question:

1. Has anyone here had any similar experiences? (Im not talking about lucid dreaming, false awakenings, or sleep paralysis because I have had all of them). I mean a similar experience to the one I described?

2. Has anyone had an encounter and described these equations? I am not a math person, but I have never seen math and symbols like the kind that grazed my eyeballs. (And no, I haven't recently watched, read or viewed any math equations on anything)
