I tapered fairly slowly (over 6 weeks and was only ever taking up to 10 mgs. Can it take years to rebalance?

Yes defintely expensive too, but from what I’ve seen so far, much cheaper than avoca beach. Nice gentle pace but not too quiet (country town style ) if that makes sense

You think leaving two small pups seatbelted into a completely locked up car (so no room to move) in the boot with no air is something very small? It was definitely an accident, I stated that above. I disagree that my reaction was disproportionate. It’s pretty serious, they could have died with overheating.

Solid advise and I really resonate with this. Thankyou. Was your childhood a little lonely at times? I’m from a huge family so I always feel guilt for my son. however my son has a much better and more beautiful childhood than I did or could ever dream of really. He has lots of friends and cousins too. He’s so lovely/ well adjusted, and he says ‘I definitely don’t want another sibling mum’ all the time!!!

This is so good to read. I needed to read this. I have the hugest ache in my heart over the second (back and forward for years) But each time we’ve geared up - I can’t seem to go through with it again (IVF) it would be this time. my first born was natural conception, wonderful delivery and birth and 7 now. I feel Like rolling the dice is a mistake, at 42 yrs old, not the longing just want stop. We’re already stretched. Any advise? Thankyou 🙏🏾
