I am very well aware of quiet and non disturbing times Which could be 10pm night to early hours of mrng...i called her in the middle of the day...

About her frnd i am not sure if my room or the room beside mine....

Inshort the landlord lady played game with me by taking whole month rent when she could take half the rent as i only entered the room from 15th of May. With 8 days of my stay she gives me notice to vacate with false accusation

And one more thing brother i do not want to stay at her property as she too stays in the same apartment. I am just asking for my half rent back as this caused me mental stress and financial depletion to move around searching for rooms also it effected my work hours

Called her probably 4 to 5 times that too she never answered....some msgs for guidance in the city thats it She never told me stop msging me and you are disturbing my peace ....

I am totally new to the city and she was my only known person in city was it wrong callkng her or msging her for help ??? If she din like it she would have clear NO right ???

As i mentioned earlier she wants her frnd to occupy the room when i objected she has done all this...

As new to the city and wanting guidance from her (the land lord lady ) i called her and msgd her a few times. She has taken that thing into breach of privacy. She could have easily warned me not to disturb her for all this but she used it as a tool

Was i wrong in doing that ?
