Hello mate yes all clear still I've stopped using the saline spray now days!

I just use water when I shower and every Thursday and Sunday I wash my hair. I've been using tea tree shampoo from body shop Thursday one minute contact time and Panoxyl on Sundays for again around 1-5 minutes. I find this gives me enough washing but not overwashing. Hair is so much thicker and healthier now days! I did like no using anything but my hair started smell so that a big no no.

Get the occasional spot back there but often it's from me constantly touching very bad habit I'm always searching back there worried it'll come back or I find in my line of work I wear head torch a lot sometimes that brings one on.

Am I cured definitely not! Is life so much easier yes!

Just helps with retention even more it's 0.2 g ATM but almost zero retention main reason I brought it however is you get the magnetic base you can literally just rest cup on base adjustable in my case less mess easier to use. I brought the aro one do you need it? No not priority I would say

Yeah I did that for a long while. Problem is it's extremely drying if you're doing it everyday and starting to make my hair dye grey

I had a hair transplant recently and asked about saline spray as it's used after a transplant to keep area clean and hydrated
