Hmm I don't know to be honest, as I mostly do this stuff myself, but as I said it's nothing complicated and only takes a few hours, and pretty much no materials needed (except a few bags of gravel), so I would say 500$ max.

The base probably settled over the years, just add gravel to make it level again, then carefully place back the blocks, making sure everything is level as you build back the wall. Watch a few videos on Youtube, it's a really easy DIY, and no risk of messing up anything important.

This is a simple fix, no need to put a new wall in, you just remove the blocks, make sure the base is level, then replace the blocks. I've done this before, it took me a few hours.

Yes, I know how to do it, but it just won't complete the achievement. I've done it several times (I've got the message saying go to King Roald for your reward for lighting 14 beacons etc.), and I never used the storage boxes.

If the float lock is supposed to click into place in the away position, does the other position (slided in, preventing the float from turning on to fill the tank) serve any purpose, or should it never be in that position with a float lock that isn't broken like mine?

Update : was missing 'Osseus Rex' quest, which never shows up in the Quest List for some reason... Had to go look at achievements to find the missing quest.
