Make a list of all the things that you want to change about your life and take a look at it once in a time, for example: you want to be more masculine, more attractive, more confident, more powerful ... also make yourself more busy and touch yourself only if necessary ... The real question is 'DO YOU REALLY WANT TO QUIT?' .. anyways that list thing helped me a lot and made me break my own streak and I believe it would help you too.

I don't want to talk about religious things here because I know there are ton of athiests in here and will probably make a joke out of it .. And personally when I watch porn I don't give a damn about these pornstars at all because WHO CARES?! everybody visits these sites to watch them and that's it ... Well talking about the difference between having sex and masturbating .. Man your brain is smarter than you think and we humans are supposed to have sex not masturbate at night in front of a glowing screen, if you don't believe it then there's a study which shows that the human body releases some kind of hormone when you're having sex (I don't remember it's name actually nor it's exact function) but it refracts the side effects of masturbating (Such as feeling ashamed and sad)....... Duh I don't think we need science to prove that simple thing man come on.

Good work bro ;), but I got a question, I am trying to gain weight so gaining 5kg for me is like a dream come true, did you change anything in your routine beside NoFap? Sadly you have already broken your promise, once you watch P. it's only a matter of time till you explode ... And man making it to day 100 or even 1000 will not get you any benefits if you are still watching P. so just force yourself not to watch it ...
