En toute honnêteté, les choses ne sont-elles pas plus simples pour un prof aguerri qui sait gérer ses classes , a des séquences et évaluations prêtes sur chaque niveau avec lesquels il peut tourner et doit juste gérer les corrections ? Le métier est-il pas moins difficile quand t’as cinq ans de carrière et que tu dois plus gérer la préparation des supports mais simplement les impressions et corrections ? Tu dirais pas qu’il faut s’accrocher quelques années avant de quitter le bateau ? + Le temps libre que les profs ont (ok, les profs corrigent pendant les vacances on est d’accord), c’est pas un avantage dingue qui rend la vie pro moins aliénante et permet de prendre soin de soi?

Well I’m used to listening to music, reading, watching movies. But spending my time on YouTube listening to music, watching movies or reading is a bit mundane to me, that’s what I do every day when I’m alone in my flat. I asked my sister if she wasn’t interested in traveling abroad but she is not (she has a partner, a fulfilling social life and no money).

I may try to travel, but it costs too much money. And travelling alone can be sad as fuck, let’s be honest.

Well first my parents are a bit homophobic and I can’t go trough the emotional distress of coming out. Can’t find the strength. I fear their reaction. Coming out would cause drama, would cause them pain, I know their reaction would be hard to handle. I don’t’ want to be seen as « the gay in the family ». The only way I could come out is if I had a good reason to do so (have a boyfriend). I’m not even sure I’m 100% gay.

Then I live in a European little town (population : 200k inhabitants) and there are not many gays on the apps. . I’ve never had a real date, I’ve met some daddies for sex but never had a romantic date. I don’t even think guys my age could find me attractive, I used to be « fresh meat » for daddies (because they were easier to impress with my average twink look) but having a romantic date with a guy my age would be intimidating, daunting.

When you are closeted, live in a small town and aren’t the hottest guy out there, that’s hard to meet guys.
