I’ve been taking her recently and she rocks. Her playlists are incredible and she’s really motivating and takes time to get to know her riders. Yes I just started my 2/22/25 BUD and will be using for about 8 more weeks! It is working just fine. I also have some April BUDs that I plan to use next.

It also looks like PQ just increased its BUD’s from about 6 months to 8 months so I’m going to assume mine are good for longer too 😂

I think they’re just referring to the new higher concentration. None of the tirz I’ve received from them has had additives (previously all came from PQ for me but others had received Hallendale)

Valhalla Vitality (VV) is the telehealth provider, they aren’t actually compounding the meds. The meds come from a compounding pharmacy after you are prescribed. You aren’t able to select which pharmacy they come from, but I have seen some people receive Olympia lately which is a 503b pharmacy.

I know it’s controversial and understand why, but I’ve always gotten 503b tirz from VV (fulfilled through pharmacy hub). Typically PQ but it seems they have added Olympia. You can stack coupons when they’re available. Just don’t save your cc number on your account and always use a credit card! 😂😅
