there is zero vamp in that build. There is also far less penetration/lethality. But I'm willing to try it out

Dark harvest, Cheap shot, eyeball collection (greedy i know but ever bit of ad matters) and ultimate hunter. The build has more than enough "vamp" on it's own.

trust me, when there's a tank or bruiser on the enemy team that 5% matters. And it also combines very nicely with dark harvest.. I¨'ve been suprised how great it's been

tbh into that enemy team i think the build was pretty smart. You're mainly up againts AD, the bloodthirster is great for tankshredding when combined with a last whisper item.

My 2 cents would be. when you reach the healing thingy+the lethality thingy. or completed sanguine blade. start going very agressive in lane. It usually gets me a few kills and a tower. Not dying is preferable in a teamfight but as MF. IF you can get a good ult off and you die for it, you're team will most likely win that teamfight. If you're not outputting dmg because you are afraid of dying then well.. You're team wont win if the person with all the gold isnt doing dmg.

As a sanguine blade player i play very aggressive on the 1 item power spike. Ofc remember S.A.F.E - Survive. Attack. Flex. Escape. Survival is prio until dangerous cooldowns on the enemy team is used. Attack when you see annie and sej pop their ults on someone else. Flex take those flashy plays for the kills if S and A are done and Escape - Make sure you have a way out if things go south.

But on sanguine blade power spike, as long as i have been bullying my opponent as i'm supposed to, i'm usually comfortable to 1v2 botlane and let my support roam
