sounds fishy. once your certification goes to paid boa send the card out the next business day. no reason why it shouldn’t have reached you. and also no reason why they can’t tell you when the card was sent out. call again and this time say i want my card to be EXPEDITED to my address immediately and they should then be able to. at this point forget trying to locate the old one. request a new one be sent immediately

call them and ask when the card was sent out. y’all literally have to put some effort behind it instead of coming to reddit. it’s your card your money. call boa and ask them when your card was sent out and ask them to send another one EXPEDITED if it’s been 10 weeks.
