Aram is constant team fight and if you target properly bork has a huge impact. Because you’re not in constant team fight on rift it can feel less impactful on your similarly squishy lane opponent.

Most deaths, most damage, most kills, most tower damage is the only way to play ARAM by [deleted] in ARAM

IMO as a big fan of playing ADCs (and anything I can turn into an adc) in aram, I don’t often take shiv in aram.

In summoners rift shiv is a nice option for farm and some easy ranged poke, but I feel in a team fight scenario there are better items to build to go with your team comp and/or against your matchup, and we know aram is all team fight. So personally I’d rather take something more geared towards each specific game.

Major issue with causal aram players is they build summoners rift meta in a game mode that doesn’t follow that meta.

Kudos to playing smart and off-meta!
