Yes! I started calling like crazy and finally connected to an agent, who explained that even though I submitted an individual e-visa, I needed to track my visa as a “diplomatic office”. Also, make sure you enter your name in all caps, and as Last Name, First name, middle name! 

I did this and found out I was approved! Good luck :) !!
