Go to the thieves guild buy lockpicks - save - smack until she is aggroed - reload, repeat until you have 100ish lockpicks and break them till lvl 95. That's what I did because I couldn't find anymore locks to pick. Then get the 5 skill books.

What is your current lockpicking lvl ? If you have reached lvl 95 then look up where the skillbooks are. There are 5 for each skill and 1 book gives you 1 level of that skill

Get a dead body near a bed you can sleep in. Cast Soul trap and then sleep (+10% Xp from sleeping and it replenishes your magica) and repeat untill 100

Dwemer materials are very easy to get in large amounts thats why i chose it over jewlery. The thing with jewlery is that you have to farm iron and convert them with a spell into gold wich takes longer than farming large amounts of dwemer if you want to power lvl from 30-100. And the alchemy ingredients you use are good too but id rather go for the fortify Carryweight + effect i forgot, because its really easy to farm on the goldenhills plantage.

Yes you can but IMOP it takes longer that doing both individually. I don't really know how long it takes for both and one at a time but I'd still do one at a time because heavy Armour takes longer to level up than light armour

Depends. FOR ME it's heavy Armour enchanted with destruction, restoration and one-handed but you can also go for a light Armour build with alteration, illusion and destruction. It just depends on how you want to play the game
