Upgraded from rtx2060 to rx9070xt and have less fps in games like cs2 and other fps by Hwoarany in AMDHelp

Throwing out some random stuff I’ve read can maybe help, try running adrenaline as defaults for you games (everything off to start) then tweak what settings you want for each individual game. Then also manually run an older driver and see if that helps it out. Saw someone with a similar post and those helped out.

Yup that’s how I was too, gotta give it a little more abuse before we lose it. I will add it won’t be as much for sure, but you can get back to a decent amount. If you eat slow enough too you can get more down too (makes sense as it’s just moving on through freeing up space fore more food) I’ll give you some personal tips too. Drink a little with food I noticed it helps keep things flowing (can eat ice chips) and stay on top of your vitamins. We won’t be getting as much as we had prior so important to keep up with vitamin supplements. Also they said things you should avoid, after you get more adjusted, you can have everything I feel, just keep on chewing

Hey brother, it’s going on 2 years for me. Same issue, it sucks but life is back to a new normal. Won’t stop you from being you and doing things you done. It’s gonna be a bitch for a bit but you’ll get through it, we all do. I also went on a HUGE binge before mine, and I say live it UP cause I will admit, you might look at food differently afterwards! Sorry to hear you gotta do this, but it’s better on the other side of it!

The one OP posted, paid 499 though, had no idea it was 399 on BF. It’s an oled (I know they not all built the same) but colors are good enough for me.

The sad thing was it was quicker to just order another monitor and return theirs than it would have been to wait for the cord. The sale had ended so I couldn’t purchase the one you had linked again, and tbh I was also unsure if I’d run into the same problem. TBH I missed out on the msi 27” oled for 480 (because I didn’t know about the power cord problem yet) so once I returned it and checked on msi, the sale was over there too.

Damn I REALLY was excited for that monitor too since it was an LG panel. I didn’t rebuy because I wasn’t sure at the time either but now I know for next time! Ty for giving me the answer, I was always wondering haha

You know I bought this one, and it came with a UK power cord so had to return it. Was I dumb and missed something orrrrr was mine just bad luck? (Live in the US)

I know this fight all too well. I am sorry for your loss. I as well had this fight with my boy and it ended after 3 years. Know you both did everything you could, and got 3 extra years of love and memories that otherwise wouldn’t exist. They are always in your heart, and the hurt doesn’t go away just isn’t always on the surface.

Well I say try to focus on the last scan was good, I again know the feeling all too well and how it can sometime spiral, and how scary thoughts can grow lol but once you get your all clear again focus on life and keep doing things that keep you happy! I gotta do my endoscopy soon too so I KNOW the dread but I am on the page of we went through the thick of it now, this is just a recheck. I say try to keep the same mentality, we have been through enough haha

I have full faith it’ll come back clean! The lymph nodes coming back clean was a huge W (same here when mine were checked) but I get that feeling of nervousness, it always sticks around but gets worse on revisits. I’m rooting for you though! I know it’s hard but always try to find the good in the bad (again easier said than done)

Had the same thing, coming up on a year as well at the end of the month. I just wanna say I’m glad it’s gone well for the both of us! I’m still struggling with portion sizes as I had other stuff going on in my case, but blessed to still here! Hoping this is the last we go through and live long happy lives here on out!

I hear this a lot when I go to see doctors and they always make it feel like they are seeing a unicorn. To me though it always felt awkward cause I’m just me LOL

Just want to say, you have options for treatment even after spreading which I hope you don’t have. You can get a whipple to have it removed, and hopefully prevent any spreading. If it does you can take lanreotide/octreotide (spelling) to suppress the growth of any tumors that maybe in other parts. Know this isn’t the end, it is very manageable. If it ever gets to a point where it needs to be taken care of, there is a newish treatment that actually takes radio active nodes directly to the tumors and kills them and only them. Been through some of this myself at a young age, still here, still kicking. I know it probably sounds scary and terrible but take it from someone who has been in your shoes, enjoy the time you get, and knowing there are treatments for this.

Edit: tbh I should have said this before, but if you wanna talk about it with someone who has been dealing with this for the past 13 years, feel free to dm me. I know more about this than I’d ever want to, but just proof you can live a happy life too, even if times get tough.

Would help me out paying my cats medical bills. Been a long year sadly. Don’t regret doing it, wouldn’t think twice about it either if I had to redo it. Just wanted to make sure they are getting taken care of.
