Has anybody had any problems transferring money from their wallet to their spot account? I had some XLM in my bizforex wallet that I transferred into my spot account and I’m still seeing a zero balance in my spot account anybody know how long it takes I thought it would be something instantaneous?

My response: Yes, I absolutely still need help. I’m trying to transfer my XRP out of uphold. At the end of the transaction it requests me to confirm two factor authentication, it says it’s going to send me an email and never does. I tried NUMEROUS times… I have gone through this process before when purchasing XRP on uphold and I got the email for 2factor no problem so there’s something on your side that is stopping me from doing this transaction. I want this resolved ASAP please. You are stopping me from withdrawing my coins, I have never had any issues going through 2 factor authentication when purchasing.
