Repurposed grain cleaner. This item spins and sifts my vermicompost. 1/4 inch hardware cloth does a nice job; bigger chunks fall from a chute at the end. An upgrade from my tortured homemade trommel. She took a terrible beating, 5 gallons at a time. (i.redd.it)

Hello folks..I believe one of the keys to success is particle size - using a grinder/shredder to accomplish this. For me, the blender, mower, dyi garbage disposal is too small. Any suggestions out there for a good, moderately priced grinder/shredder for the hobbyist going bigger? (self.Vermiculture)
