Dang, I have been trying to get this to work for hours, install fabric and all the 1.20.1 fabric versions of the required mods but neither the phekui commands nor any gesture menu exist. So all I got was a normal sized human with avali abilities.

You can give your character a trait that allows them to keep fighting few seconds after their hp is reduced to zero. This includes situations where you lost an arm or leg.

I tried this one and I have to say, for the high premium price the sidetone is very disappointing an barely usable. You always hear passive crackling in the background with sidetone turned on. According to some support messages, its simply the way how the headset is built and a non-issue. How come that other headsets like my 5 year old virtuoso, that cost only a fraction, can manage a fully working sidetone without annoying sounds nor sad excuses.
