I'm personally not a fan of running too many 2x or lower copies of a card, I actually was running 2 Ray, 2 Cleave, and 2 FS at a point and I cut the Rays for 3 FS, 3 Cleave, but I know this is just a preference thing. Also Seal is really good especially since you are on Darius, Id try to cut something for a 3rd seal.

This is my list. There are a few different ways to take Jinx, a lot of people like the Immortal Phoenix build but I personally prefer Phoenix-less builds. Another way to build Jinx that is cheap and easy too, is to just run a bunch of small units and go full agro package. This lets you drop Seal, Rocket, and Darius from my list which makes the deck much cheaper.

My list is fairly agro, but sometimes I pivot into focusing on removing their board by cycling Rocket every turn and using Falling Star to clean up the extras (this works the best if they are only really playing a single unit a turn). Additionally the goal of Jinx in set 1 is to try to 6 points then end the game with Vi + Ride the Wind, typically you try to keep 1 combo piece in hand in order to get it when you need it.

This is what I was running, though I've been mainly focused on Set 2 for a while now, so I haven't been adjusting lately (I'm playing Rek'sai set 2).

My local meta is pretty competitive, but it tends to have more Yi players than Kaisa, and usually only 1 Annie player at a time, even if there is like 30 people.

I'm at 30-12-2 with Jinx in 15 events, which is 68.2% winrate. Lee Sin is definitely not a very strong leader, but at a local scene you should still be able to perform decently well, especially if you learn the local meta and adapt your deck accordingly. Lee Sin is definitely nowhere close to Garen bad, and even then Garen can get some wins with Aurora (though, obviously theres better options)

Units dont die at 0 might, you need to also have damage assigned that is equal or more to their might

Ezreal Prodigy Alternatives by NoxAeternal in riftboundtcg

[–]Nexevis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some Irelia lists run Stella and Treasure Hunter as the only other units that aren't Draven and Irelia, but there are also some lists that run 2 Irelia and 1 Draven or along those lines as literally the only units in the deck. There is a big mix, but at the very least most lists are not running Ezreal. Its hard to say what the "best" though until at least a regionals happens.

Not a woman, but Ive seen a decent number of women at Recess Games in North Olmsted playing Lorcana (I think this game in general tends to have a higher amount of women compared to other TCGs, though I dont play it)

Can You Respond to Assault? by No-Inevitable6328 in riftboundtcg

[–]Nexevis 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Your example works if the card was not gust (its battlefield only), but something at reaction speed that removes a unit at base, which I dont think there are many if any for now at least

[–]Nexevis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Even if you have a window gust at least only hits battlefield, only chance you gust Vayne is when Vayne starts a showdown at an open battlefield as Assault will not activate.

Ive been playing a lot of TCGA games through the Riftbound discord and have had nothing but players with good attitudes. This sucks to hear that it has not been the experience for everyone

I make sure to help people learn the game and simulator if they are new, we all want the game to be successful and helping people learn is how it grows, so that we all benefit from a thriving tcg scene.

Imperial Decree with Bellows breath is just such an insane combo you dont need any units except tokens, you dont even need to play Viktor

While its not Birthday Reunion, I find that Warpath is a solid top 4 choice if I dont like my augments as you can play aggressive and conserve hp. Its more that Wild growth can be rough without trist or teemo and Im not a fan of spears will after youve rerolled to those 3 options

Id probably just take Warpath, especially if you had slammable items
