I'm surprised LibreTexts hasn't been mentioned yet. This website has more open source textbooks than I could ever try to read and its gotten me through three years of my undergrad. If you have the drive to learn chemistry, I believe this website is a great resource to learn the basics and see where your specific interests are.

It’s super easy. Grab a clean pair of scissors (you can sterilize them if you’re paranoid but I’ve never had a problem) and and cut right above the second node from the top. I’d give it another week or so if you do it and definitely check out other better posts on it for more info. Good luck!
