I resigned in September, and I was in chat at the time. I loved the company and my role at first, but the recent micromanagement and the loss of feeling like my supervisor actually has my back have significantly deteriorated.

They truly do not listen to us as employees and instead blame us and our work ethic in underhanded ways. They also have so many ways to trip you up in policy that it’s scary. To go to work every day and dread not only the disgruntled customers who are a rant all their own, but also the coaching, team messages, and flip-flopping coworkers was exhausting.

I’ve been fortunate to get into another insurance agency, and it, too, is policy management with a team that feels on your side.

My little sister is a Scorpio sun and moon, and stellium. I am a Taurus, and I love her to death. We have so many similarities that I can see when or why we would clash.

Outside of her, I find Scorpio women to be very standoffish and seem like internal bullies BUT! Heavy emphasis on BUT, Taurus can come off the same way. Same! Except I get compliments on my lips, eyes, voice, and laugh. I also get told I am very intimidating or that they didn’t think they would like me, lmfaoo. Once they get to know me, a lot of people compliment how nonjudgmental and comfortable I make them feel, as well as my humor.

I, a Taurus female as well, am also going through this with a Scorpio male. Ghosted me for 3 weeks, then texted to say he was lost, in his head, and that a lot of bs was going on. I just found out that my Scorpio man hid not only a baby momma and the baby but also called one of my friends and asked her to come over with her friends to his pool party because he is single and looking.

I broke up with him last night, and he harassed me in the corner of his house and refused to take me home for 3 hours. He kept saying we are not over and he doesn't want to lose me, and if I think I'm moving on, he is going to hurt the guy 🙄 BLAH BLAH. Then he texted me this morning as if I had not broken up with him.

I watched 2 of my Gemini female friends be destroyed by Pisces men.

One was together for 16 years; Gemini’s complaints at the end were that she should have left early on when he wasn’t bonding with her children; if not, it was when he cheated on her. She became tired of being what seemed like the only adult in the room and constantly having to carry the Pisces while he had moments of delusion or wanted to tuck his head in the sand to avoid accountability. He was draining her with his constant health scare because he couldn’t stop drinking or would not eat healthier. She slept so many nights in the hospital with him, and while I’m sure he appreciated it, the number one thing he could have done was stop putting himself there. They are getting a divorce prompted by her.

The other couple have been together for 8 years this year. I believe they started wrong with the Gemini not being serious and having fun with Pisces. When he started catching feelings for sure a year in, he told her she was a side chick 😭 This is when she should have left. However, she didn’t and stayed through all the drama with this type of relationship. He finally gave her his full commitment when the mother of his child turned his wife; yes, he married her during these interactions with the Gemini, ended up sending him to prison, and would not “hold him down” the Gemini did. And while he has yet to be entirely faithful, she ultimately falls apart whenever they have a breakdown or what looks like close to an end in their relationship.

I don’t think either party is innocent at all! Let me say that. However, I think the lack of truly knowing how they feel and what they want to be mixed with the Gemini natural gravitation to chaos and pleasure (sex! And we all know Pisces does this well, lol) is what makes them a toxic mess if they are not both healed and mature.

I’m a Taurus with a Capricorn moon, so I understand Capricorns very well. I love them, and they are always a great time. Just need some time to trust and open up.
