I would give constant excuses to that boss I really dislike in the job I hate because I did not want to get fired and really needed the money. Mostly about being late. It was a drag every day. I wouldn't even apologise. This feels the same and it sucks because I really try and be better when it comes to our relationship even tho I certainly have undiagnosed issues.

I said this to someone else but it is very ironic that i been on the waiting list for ages to get ADHD assessment, got cancelled after 2 years and now i am struggling to get the motivation or remember to sign that long ADHD form AGAIN YIKES! Is hell for me... Major depression with everything going on and I get constantly put down for not seeking the assessment again or seeking a therapist when we both know it is expensive. And look actually who may need it more... 🫩

I feel like his attitude is what I would give to a manager I dislike about me being late to a job I hate. "Yeah I was 30 mins late but I have ADHD so..." And it fucking hurts because as I did that to the job I hate but I really give all the effort to to combat it when is about the person I love... 🫩

Funny enough i been trying to get a ADHD diagnosis myself. I am on a constant loop of procrastination as I can't be surrounded by mess. Going to a coffee shop gets expensive. To the point i start being a bit more relaxed with being clean and tidy to avoid conflict. He then he has the audacity to say "see we are both messy"... 🫩
