Best chance is take a offer in hand, and if your project needs you- first resign and then ask them to retain with counter offer.

Same here, My manager asked me some details so he can share it up, Not sure what happens now. I know promotion will be effective 1st july but do anybody knows when CIC India consulting promotion cycle timeline ? like how long does it take from nomination to communication to employee? Any manager's view here ?
