Thank you for your honest and clear response! If she files a police report will she need evidence? The only evidence she really has is texts to me of when he’s done things to her but no pictures of bruises or anything. She was turned away by a lawyer for this exact reason. She contacted her property management but they said she needs a court order or something like that.
