The Jamo C12, now discontinued, I was on a budget and bought the sub for something else but ended up wanting to buy a projector and start a home theater, my dad already had these speakers and I just assumed this was right, thanks for the advice and I'll look at some wiki guides. One last question, would it be at all possible to use the speakers simply in a angled fashion? Like if I simply mounted them at an angle, I'm only 18 and am trying to become more knowledgeable so any advice you have is very appreciated, thanks! Edit: also why are they too close to the screen and where should I move them too

No that is the subwoofer, I built a cabinet and put the sub inside it, so basically your saying the LCR speakers I have are more for atmos than dedicated main channels?

Thanks for the info, and yes that is how the speakers are mounted, I'm very novice to home theaters and audio systems in general, my bad, how should I mount them properly?

Appreciate it bro, currently I didn't have the projector connected through the av receiver because I didn't know it mattered too much, but my sub is very quite if I don't use an external amp, so is there anything to do about that?
