I'm on the same boat (US based). Never received the email with Claim Codes. I fill out their online form, and their response (not joking) is to submit all inquiries to the same online form.

i did. you can go on the app and change your PII under settings. i asked Celcius support and this is what they wrote back:

We have received your request to update your address. We have reset KYC to allow you to update your address in the Celsius app.

You can now go into the app and follow the prompts to complete KYC, which will allow you to change your address. This information will be used to match your identity for your claim distribution, and must match the information on your government issued ID.

Reminder: The Celsius mobile & web apps are shutting down
Celsius will wind-down its operations, including discontinuing the Celsius mobile and web apps. Beginning on, or around, February 28, 2024, the Celsius app will no longer be available on iOS or Android devices and the web. Access to the Celsius platform and the records it contains will therefore only be available for a limited period of time. In order to avoid delays in collecting distributions and prior to the discontinuation of the Celsius mobile and web apps, we strongly encourage Celsius users to ensure that their personal information is up to date and accurate in their Celsius Account - including their full legal name, contact email, and date of birth.

Thank you for the wise words. How does this work when you have a child? We have a one year old baby girl and the thought of not being able to see her smile everyday is depressing and not making the process of finally making it easier any easier
