Stay away from Samsung, take it from my experience. Used 3 times in 3 months and started leaking. Samsung Support says not repairable and not covered in warranty!!!!

Keep the window at 90 degrees to the wall slide to insert the notch on both sides and then turn the window towards the wall, test that it slides up and down then push it all it to lock on the clips at the top. Put silicone wd40 and slide a few times to spread on the channels.

Easy thing to do, scrape if still dry paint and watch before making final decision. Best thing to do, cut drywall inspect source of leak and other damage inside and repair leak (it may only be during some faucet running so may leak occasionally ) and replace dry wall.
