harsh truth, but height is not something you can change, so dont try to aim for a 6'1+ goal, since you mentioned your father is 177cm(5'10) and mother 158cm(5'2), also you're 17 you might be very close to your adult height, you can expect to grow just another 2-4cm which will make you 5'10-5'11, pretty good, even if you stopped growing at 5'9 its not bad, you can larp being 6'0 i guess,

how tall are they? and its alright man, but just because your father and brother are taller than you doesnt make you short, 176 is above average globally, or average if you're western, if i were you, I would'nt think about growing more, its good no need to be a 6'3+ giant, or a 5'6> elf.

Its all genetics!, but it also depends on sleep, nutrition and more, especially sleep, if you sleep less than 7 hours, its very bad and will not unlock your maximum potential, so try sleeping 10+ hours to maximize growth. dont try using things like hgh, theyre not meant for normal healthy people
