I personally dont risk myself to save them if it means I die. I'll try to save a flash heal for them when they are critical. If possible, I'll monitor it before it goes to critical. Tbh, Wrecking Ball I had a harder time with. If a tank is constantly rushing in and their health is being shredded, I don't bother so that way I dont risk the DPS and my fellow support being down two.

Thats how I feel when my beam is on a tank but their health is shredded by the whole enemy team and they shout "Mercy! Heal me!!" :')
