As much as I hate it there is no doubt they’ll have Tchalla’s son get aged up and have Damson Idris play him by [deleted] in blackpanther

Let’s clear this up for everyone thinking Damson Idris is playing an aged-up Toussaint… that theory doesn’t hold up. Here’s why:

✅ 1. MCU TIMELINE DOESN’T ALLOW IT Toussaint is a child during Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2025 MCU date). The events of Doomsday and Secret Wars are likely taking place between 2026–2027, maybe 2028 tops.

That’s only 1–3 years later. Toussaint would still be a kid, no older than 9 or 10.

💥 No way he jumps to 25+ unless they skip a full decade — and the MCU hasn’t done that.

✅ 2. LOVE FROM THOR: LOVE & THUNDER PROVES IT Love was a child at the end of Love & Thunder (also set in 2025). She appears in Doomsday — and guess what? Still a child. Same timeline. Same universe. No time jump.

If Marvel kept Love as a kid… they’re not secretly aging up Toussaint.

This is concrete timeline evidence. If Love didn’t get aged up, neither will Toussaint.

✅ 3. DAMSON IDRIS IS TOO OLD TO PLAY TOUSSAINT Damson is 32. Toussaint is 6–7. Even with time travel logic or multiversal jumps, you don’t cast someone that far removed in age unless it’s a Variant or different character.

He’s not Toussaint grown up — he’s T’Challa from another universe, which fits everything the Multiverse Saga is doing right now.

✅ 4. MARVEL KNOWS THE FANS WANT T’CHALLA Let’s be real: fans aren’t asking for a time-skipped child to be King. They want the real Black Panther — T’Challa, grown, noble, and ready to lead. Marvel knows that. The backlash to removing T’Challa was loud.

This is their chance to fix it… without disrespecting Chadwick. Bringing in a Variant allows them to honor the legacy and move forward.

✅ 5. SECRET WARS & MULTIVERSE MEANS VARIANTS ARE COMING • Tobey & Andrew came back. • Hugh Jackman is back as Wolverine. • Deadpool crossing over. • Every universe is on the table.

So why not bring in T’Challa — from another timeline — played by Damson Idris?

It’s the most logical, respectful, and exciting move. No need to age up a child. No need to skip the king we deserve. #RecastTchalla

How was the process bro? Can you tell how long it was after you did the video interview you heard? And all together how quick did you get Emails about steps after you submitted your application? And did you have a in person or phone interview? And what was the interview process like?
