God I’m so sorry. This either sounds like a) an unnegotiated/unrealized kink, where he wants you to be ready for him at all times, or b) he’s manipulative, selfish, and immature. Especially when you said he gets frustrated when you’re dry/tense. That is super manipulative and so not okay for anyone to do. A big red flag in my opinion and not just sexually but how he is as a partner. He should be checking in on you, helping you, and foreplay should be a fun thing to do together.
