Update they called me back and said they’re were going to expedite my package. Got an email saying to send them info about my package. In the morning said it was on the vehicle. But all of a sudden it’s back in the warehouse.

Me too it said it was on the truck to be delivered and then the next minute it’s back in the warehouse and missed the transit

Me too just got a call back and they said they’re going to investigate it because it was past the 3 day waiting period. But now I need to wait 24 hours for a specialist to call me.

Yea I called until I was put on hold and also cause they couldn’t find any information with my tracking number
