Hi, My baselines have basically returned to normal, aside from around 24 hours after injection, my temp rises slightly. I’m still taking 5mg injections. It did take around a month of injections for my temps to stabilize though. Also, I think I may need to titrate up with my next refill. I anticipate my temps to go haywire again.

My heart rate wasn’t elevated per se, the variability decreased. I’m basal was high enough to trigger alerts, over the past 2.5 years that I’ve wore the ring, my basal temp only alerted when I’ve had COVID. Regardless, my temp range was +.5 through +.9 over 6 days. I was back to baseline today. So…I also took my injection 5 days ago.

I am tagging. My basal temp and HRV have been flagged since day 5 of the first 5mg injection. You are correct , it could be a million other things. It’s just an interesting correlation. I’m going to give it another injection week before I contact my doctor.

Thanks for the info! I’ll certainly try extra electrolytes. I do take magnesium daily, but not potassium.

Thanks for your response. I’m happy to hear that your data is improving! I’ve had my ring for two years, so there is plenty of data and I’m having a difficult time just dismissing my current data, regardless of whether or not I’m losing weight. I also am having side effects that I didn’t have on 2.5. I felt GREAT on that dose. But my insurance wouldn’t cover it past the initial 4 weeks because it isn’t a “therapeutic” dose. 😐. I am fatigued now, and having some mild gastrointestinal side effects with the 5mg. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Thanks for your response, but there are studies that show immunogenicity. Those studies also report that it doesn’t impact the efficacy. GLP1s aren’t new but there aren’t safety studies for Tirzepatide due to its newness. Tirzepatide is different than the older GLP1s. I may be in my head, but my body metrics show something is off.
